Mandy Sad is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters Degree in Counselor Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. She has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a School Counselor for thirteen years.
Mandy has provided individual and family counseling, working in homes, schools, outpatient services, and social service agencies with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her areas of experience include: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder & Attention Deficit Disorder, Eating Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Grief, Self-Esteem, Military Connected Families, Foster Care, Divorce and Blended families.
Mandy employs a combination of treatment techniques based upon her client's needs in therapy. She uses reality, cognitive behavioral, play, and solution-focused therapy. Mandy believes in helping her clients find what they need to feel empowered and adjusted to any of life's challenges in a professional, safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic therapeutic environment.
