Dawn K. Fox, Psy.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist


Dr. Dawn Fox is a Psychologist specializing in individual therapy. She has experience working with a broad spectrum of clients helping them to reach their personal goals. Among her areas of expertise are depression and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, life adjustment issues, parenting issues and military family issues .

Dr. Fox is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address their individual life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer an individualized approach to therapy for every client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them recognize and build on their strengths to attain the personal growth and balance they are seeking. She thoughtfully assists each client in the acquisition of new ways to understand themselves and how they interact with others.

Katie Jendrisak, MA, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Katie Jendrisak is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She graduated with her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from University of Central Florida. She currently focuses on working with the adult population. She has experience working in private practice, a college setting, residential substance abuse treatment facility, and working in the community with clients in their homes and schools. She has worked with children and families covering a variety of issues including trauma, adoption, abuse, domestic violence, attachment, parenting skills, communication skills, substance abuse, divorce, sexuality, and adjusting to changes in life and environment. Katie is knowledgeable in treating the following but not limited to anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, ADHD, and self esteem issues.

Katie's current focus is working with individuals of the adult population. She utilizes a therapeutic approach that best fits the client as an individual. She incorporates suitable techniques and modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, stress management, communication skills, and modeling to address the client's needs. Katie strives to provide a safe, supportive environment to assist her clients in becoming the experts of their own lives and providing hope for their future.

Arlet Sabella, MS

Licensed Mental Health Counselor


Arlet Sabella is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology at the University of Miami and then went on to obtaining a Master of Science in Psychology with a Major in Mental Health Counseling at Albizu University in Miami, Florida. Arlet has been in the field of Psychology and Psychiatry for over 20 years. She has worked in a variety of roles in hospitals both inpatient and outpatient, a community mental health center, a residential substance abuse and mental health program, private practice, home visits and school settings. Arlet enjoys working with a diverse population from ages 0 to 50. Her most recent work was providing therapy to families, children (0-17) and groups with a focus on social emotional development.

Arlet works with a variety of issues including all types of trauma ranging from sexual abuse to kidnapping, parenting concerns, attachment, social emotional development, sexuality, divorce and adjustment issues to name a few. Trauma is something Arlet believes we all have in our lives from the smallest things like a fall with a scraped knee to the most traumatic like coming back from combat. Arlet loves her work with trauma, especially with the military community. She works with, but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment disorders, sensory processing and ADHD. She is empathic and utilizes it with different types of techniques and modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavior therapy, play therapy, Trauma Incident Reduction, person-centered therapy and reality therapy.

Arlet is an eclectic therapist. Her focus is to be a guide in her client’s life by helping them through their journey of healing. She tailors her therapeutic technique to the client’s needs. Arlet creates a safe, non-judgment and non-criticizing space. She believes prevention and early intervention are the key to a positive outcome, but sometimes life throws us curve balls and she is here to help with those challenges as well. Arlet considers resilience to be an important element in therapy. She wants to help clients realize their potential as they have the resilience to confront the most difficult events in their lives and they can also build their resilience to overcome their struggles.

Charlene A. Smith, MS, NCC, CCMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor


Charlene Smith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. She works with clients from ages 7 through adulthood. Charlene has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with youth and adults. She has worked closely with at risk youth referred through the Department of Juvenile Justice to assist in detouring further delinquent behavior. Charlene has also worked with at risk youth via a statewide inpatient psychiatric program to assist with mental health issues that make it difficult for them to thrive in the community. Charlene has knowledge treating attention deficit hyper activity disorder (ADHD), attention deficit disorder (ADD), anxiety, depression, aggression, anger, trauma, oppositional defiant disorder, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, grief, adjustment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, relationship issues, sexuality, and divorce.

Charlene utilizes an eclectic style drawing from therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, and reality therapy. She finds that tailoring her approach to suit the client’s need is the most effective method. Charlene believes in developing a strong therapeutic bond beginning with being authentic, empathetic, and creating an environment that is safe and judgment free. Charlene’s primary focus is to assist each client in becoming the best version of themselves they desire to be. She believes behavior changes when cognitions change. Life is filled with obstacles that can sometimes seem insurmountable. Charlene feels it is her passionate purpose to assist her clientele in conquering those obstacles.

Tabatha L. Melcolm, MS

Licensed Mental Health Counselor


Tabatha Melcolm is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters in Science from Capella University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She has experience working in the field of social services, mental and behavioral health for the last 17 years. She has a background in substance abuse with the last five years spent working in a Dual Diagnosis field (combination of mental health and substance abuse).

Tabatha has experience working in homes, schools, and outpatient services with families, individuals, and groups. Most of the last five years has been spent working with active duty and retired military service members and veterans. She has also worked with children, adolescents, and civilians over the last five years in individual sessions.

Tabatha uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, processing, music, and creativity to help clients find the path to their recovery. She also uses suitable techniques, such as meditation and deep breathing, and modalities that best work for the client on an individualized basis.


Breanne Stanert

Breanne Stanert, M. Ed

Licensed Mental Health Counselor


Breanne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with approximately 10 years of experience working with adults in the counseling setting. Breanne completed undergraduate work at The University of Georgia and holds a Master of Education for Community Counseling from Georgia Southern University. Her professional background yields work with Children and Families(in two states), addiction treatment, an accountability court program, overseas work with military families/couples and most recently at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. She has worked with individuals with the following concerns: anxiety, depression, self harm, gender dysphoria, substance use disorders/addiction, co-occurring disorders, grief & loss, psychosis, PTSD, trauma, and ADHD.

Breanne currently offers sessions with individuals and couples in the adult population. She works to foster a counseling environment that is both relaxed and collaborative. Breanne most often works within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Therapy and Solution Focused modalities of treatment, but incorporates others as they may be needed to best meet clients where they are.  Breanne believes in compassionate, empathic styles of confrontation and a team approach are the most successful tenants for making progress towards your goals.    


Lisa Garey, MS

Licensed Mental Health Counselor


Lisa Garey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has experience working with individuals, families, and groups. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania and then went on to obtain a master’s degree in Counseling from Chatham University. She works with clients from adolescence into adulthood. Lisa has worked in a variety of professional settings. She has worked at an inpatient Dual diagnosis facility and has run the evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for chemical dependency at a community mental health agency. Lisa has a background in substance abuse and mental health. Prior to being stationed overseas, Lisa was working in a dual diagnosis field (combination of mental health and substance abuse). For the past two years, Lisa’s primary focus was volunteering to run programs that supported military spouses while stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. She focused on a group setting for this population. Lisa is knowledgeable in treating the following but not limited to anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and self-esteem issues.

Lisa utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy drawing from therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, person centered therapy, Mindfulness-based and reality therapy. Lisa feels that tailoring her approach to fit her patients’ needs is the most effective way of treatment. Lisa believes in creating a strong therapeutic bond by ensuring a safe, judgement free environment. She strives to provide a supportive, empathetic and judgement free atmosphere to ensure that her clients feel comfortable in their journey to self-discovery.
